You just have to e-mail us at clients@paf.es indicating that you want to unblock your gaming account and that you are no longer registered in the RGIAJ file. The entire process must be done by e-mail, for security reasons.
This lock is shared between all brands of the Paf group. The Paf group brands are: www.paf.es, www.goldenbull.es, pinatacasino.es and www.speedybet.es.
