If you feel like it's time to take a break, you can set an exclusion on your gaming account, for any of these time frames:
- 24 hours
- 1 week
- 2 weeks
- 4 weeks
- 6 weeks
- 6 months
There are two ways to exclude your account:
- Directly from your profile, under the exclusion settings tab. This option will freeze all gaming categories for the selected duration, but will still allow you to access the account to manage your information.
- By contacting customer support. We will manually set the exclusion and send you a follow-up confirmation email with other information you may find useful.
However, if you feel like you need a longer exclusion, you can sign up with the Directorate General for the Regulation of Gambling. You can find more information here.
