⏱️ How long does the process take?
The review can take 2 business days, although the timeframe may vary depending on the volume. You will receive a notification once it is completed.
ℹ️ If you use Open Banking, please note that verification may take additional time. During this period, the financial verification request will remain visible until the process is finalised.
❌ What happens if my document is rejected?
If the request is still in progress, you will be able to continue depositing and playing for a limited time, although you will not be able to make withdrawals. However, if the documentation is rejected, your account will be frozen: you will be able to log in but not play or make any transactions until you submit the necessary documentation and it is approved.
What if an error occurs during the upload?
If an error occurs, you will need to repeat the upload process.
